Chef Joe

Joe Corso has been passionate about good food since birth. As a chef he is self-taught, his main influences being his Italian grandmother, French in-laws, and Julia Child. He describes his cooking style as “rustic French, with a little Italian thrown in.” His emphasis is always on simple preparations using the freshest seasonal ingredients. An avid gardener, he grows many of his own vegetables and herbs. Joe has owned his own catering business, Tapenade, for six years.

    Hi, Joe: A few months back I won the chance to watch one of your classes and partake of dinner at an open house of an organic garden. (I believe it was June of last year). I was under the impression that my prize was valid for a year. I don’t see any classes listed. Is there another site where I should be looking?
