Our dining experience and the food at the El Dorado was excellent once again. Your soups, the short rib stroganoff and salmon were outstanding. We look forward to next month’s menu.

Hi, Joe: A few months back I won the chance to watch one of your classes and partake of dinner at an open house of an organic garden. (I believe it was June of last year). I was under the impression that my prize was valid for a year. I don’t see any classes listed. Is there another site where I should be looking?
